Wills & Probate Solicitor – WP1

Established over 30 years ago, my client is a niche firm of solicitors providing first-rate legal services.

Based in Warrington, with good links to the M56 and M62 and close to both Warrington Bank Quay and Warrington Central train stations. They also have offices in the City of London.

They are now looking to speak with ambitious, experienced Solicitors for a Maternity cover FTC up to 12 months who can deal with the following:

• Drafting Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorneys
• Probate
• Trusts & Estates
• Court of Protection Matters

You should be:

• A qualified Solicitor, with 2 years PQE
• Competent when running matters from inception through to completion with minimal supervision
• Have a sound knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts, EPA/LPAs and Court of Protection work

Tasks:

• Providing cost estimates to new clients
• You will assist in the development of this new Private Client/Conveyancing Department
• Be able to generate your own referrals in order to create your own client base and generate further work for other teams and for the firm;
• Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills required
