Family Solicitor (Head of Department) – 2424

Our client is seeking an experience family solicitor to join their family team as head of department in their Chippenham, Wiltshire offices.

Ideally having around 10 years of PQE experience across all aspects of family law you be joining the team as a Head of Department. Not only responsible for conducting matters on behalf of clients and undertaking advocacy in a family court but managing the team and setting and realising departmental targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years minimum of PQE experience.
• Significant experience in a broad spectrum of Family work;
• Track record for generating work from referrals and business development activity;
• Awareness and exercise of financial management skills;
• Good management and supervisory skills;
• Manage, set, and realise departmental targets
• Manage a caseload in consultation with your team and with the assistance of junior fee earners.
