My client is recruiting for several Employee Incentives Solicitors to join their team on a Fully Remote basis. They are happy to consider candidate with experience anywhere from 2-8+ years PQE from top 100 firms.

My client works hard to ensure that their lawyers still feel part of a team so they can collaborate, share ideas and enjoy each other’s company.

They have a number of exciting opportunities for junior and senior lawyers from 2+ years PQE. This opportunity is suited to a specialised Employee Incentives Solicitor with the following experience:

• Advising on commercial and practical issues related to the structure and design, implementation and operation of reward structures, employee equity and cash incentive plans.
• Drafting a wide range of share plan documentation (plan rules, shareholder circulars, board and remuneration committee meetings, employer and employee communications, trust documentation etc)
