My client is hiring for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing team in Dunfermline, Scotland.
Your Responsibilities:
• Assist with a Residential caseload
• Freehold/Leasehold
• Sales and Purchases
• Transfer of equity
• Buy to let
• First buy
• New builds
• Mortgages
Your Experience
• Ideally have 2 years' Residential Conveyancing Experience.
• Be able to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Be highly organised with the ability to cope with multiple responsibilities within tight timescales
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be Computer literate
