Conveyancing Executive – 1082

Exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Executive to be part of an established and growing Firm based in Manchester, North West England.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Dealing with sale contract issues
• Replying to and dealing with client enquiries
• Raising and checking enquiries
• Purchase contract approval
• Reporting on mortgage offers and searches
• Other Adhoc Conveyancing duties as required

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ideally be a Law graduate but not essential (2.1 or above).
• Have experience working within a Conveyancing team (essential).
• Be ambitious and motivated to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently.
• Experience in dealing with at least one of the following – freehold and leasehold properties, including sales, purchase and remortgage from beginning to end.
• Experience in working with case management systems.
• Have a willingness to learn and progress
