Commercial Property Solicitor – PC3

My client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Chippenham with 4+ years PQE.

Their Commercial Property team forms part of their multi-faceted Commercial department who offer high quality legal services to businesses and individuals throughout the South-west of England. Over the last three years the Commercial department has seen its fee income increase by over 20%.

This is your chance to join a dedicated team of Commercial Property lawyers who have many years experience in all types of Commercial Property transactions.

The role

You will be responsible for a varied caseload of Commercial property transactions which is of a high calibre and with diverse clients who are based both regionally and nationally. The role will give you opportunities to have additional responsibilities to just fee earning such as networking, assisting colleagues and mentoring junior members of the team.

Your qualities

You will be commercially and financially astute with the confidence to negotiate and compromise to achieve the desired outcome.

You will also possess the ability to think laterally in order to provide innovative solutions to client problems.

The role will require you to be a good business developer and have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

Salary and benefits

My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a minimum of 26 days of holiday per year plus bank holidays.

You will be able to earn a discretionary bonus as part of their bonus scheme which encapsulates not just fee earning but other areas of the role such as networking, building your brand or mentoring junior members of staff.

You will be enrolled into their Group Personal Pension Scheme after three months of employment and will have access to a healthcare cashplan from your first month with them.
