Clinical Negligence Solicitor – 3216

My client is searching for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time NQ Solicitor to join a well-established law firm based in Leeds city centre. They are particularly interested in applications from confident self-starters who are not afraid to hit the ground running.

The role

Manage your own caseload across all types of clinical negligence work and undertake all aspects of a clinical negligence claim including:

• Initial case planning through investigation;
• Obtaining evidence;
• The pre-action protocol;
• Issuing and serving of proceedings;
• Litigation all the way to trial (where necessary).

You will be closely supervised, supported, and trained by your more experienced colleagues.
Work closely with the team receiving valuable mentorship and supervision to support your professional development.
